A Few Things You Should Know
As our products are all handmade, no two bars of soaps will look exactly alike. Please expect differences in our designs from time to time, but rest assured the quality will always be the same.
It is the responsibility of the user of our soaps to make sure they are not allergic to our products. Everyone’s skin is different, and you must test soaps as you would anything else. If you are known to have sensitive skin, please test the soap on a small part of your arm for a few days prior to using it all over.
Oasis By Sessoms is not responsible for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient. Each product description is on our website and includes a complete list of ingredients.
People with sensitivities to any listed ingredient should not use the product.
In case you are in doubt always try an allergy patch test and if at any time irritation occurs, discontinue use of the product.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns. All sales are final. Your satisfaction is our goal, and we believe that you will love our products, but if you are unhappy please let us know. We want you to have a positive experience and we will work with you if you are not pleased with your purchase. If you have any complaints or concerns, please feel free to contact us to discuss it.
Orders typically ship via priority mail within 5-7 business days. You will be provided with a tracking number once your order has been processed for shipping. If there are any delays, you will be promptly notified.
